All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

In relation to the Company’s refund of the payment above, if the User made such payment by credit card or other payment methods provided by the Electronic Financial Transaction Act, the Company may request immediately that the business entity which provided such payment methods suspend or cancel its request for such payment for the products.

Items purchased at may be returned to one of our Boy London retail stores within 14 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging and the original packing slip must be provided.


When you return an item to Boy London using our prepaid label, a flat fee of .00 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage.

Refunds for items returned within 21 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner BorderFree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs, but do not include original shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the merchandise at the BorderFree international hub.

You will be charged for shipping fee if you request to exchange or refund for the item you purchased with simple remorse.

Returns sent without the required documentation may not be refunded the full amount.
